Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website asks Your browser to store on Your computer or mobile device. They are commonly used to keep You signed in, remember Your preferences, measure how a site is used, or show You advertising.

In this policy, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to RedPlum Games, 890 Tennis Ave, Bensalem, PA 19020, USA, and “Website” refers to https://redplumgames.com/.

Your Consent

The first time You visit, the Website asks for Your consent in a banner. You can accept all cookies, deny them, or choose by category under “View preferences”:

• Functional: the technical storage or access that is strictly necessary for the Website to work. These are always active.
• Statistics: the technical storage or access that is used exclusively for statistical purposes. These are set only if You allow them.
• Marketing: the technical storage or access that is required to create user profiles to send advertising, or to track You on a website or across several websites for similar marketing purposes. These are set only if You allow them. The Website does not currently use any marketing cookies.

We keep Your choice for 365 days, and then ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage consent” link at the foot of every page.

Cookies We Use

Functional cookies

These remember Your consent choice so that the banner does not appear on every page. They are set by the Website and last 365 days.

• cmplz_banner-status: records that You have answered the consent banner.
• cmplz_functional, cmplz_statistics and cmplz_marketing: record whether You allowed each category.

If You close the clearance-sale bar at the top of the page, the Website records that in Your browser’s session storage, so the bar stays closed until You close the tab:

• redplum_promo: records that You closed the clearance-sale bar.

Statistics cookies

If You allow Statistics, the Website loads Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC that tells Us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found the Website. Google Analytics sets these cookies, each lasting up to 2 years:

• _ga: distinguishes one visitor from another.
• _ga_9VC3F6P8N2: keeps track of Your visit (session).

Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, which You can read at https://policies.google.com/privacy. If You deny Statistics, Google Analytics does not load and these cookies are not set.

When You send the contact form, the details You enter are emailed to Our team so We can reply. Sending the form does not set a cookie. How We handle those details is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Google Tag Manager

The Website uses Google Tag Manager, a Google tool that loads measurement tags, on every page. Google Tag Manager does not set cookies itself. When it loads, Your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive technical information such as Your IP address and browser type.

Third-Party Websites

The Website links to other websites, such as the Google Play and Apple App Store pages for Our apps and the sources quoted on Our blog. Those websites may set their own cookies once You visit them. Their cookies are governed by their own policies, and We encourage You to read them.
